Loving wife & mother. Survived by her children Katherine Sparks, Eileen, Thomas and brother Manual Costa. Grandchildren Joel Sparks, Zachary and Natalie Alldridge, great grandchildren Jack, Sage, Charlotte and Samuel Sparks. Hobbies were reading, mysteries of all kinds crossword puzzles, gardening, cross stitching, and an awesome pie maker, especially Lemon Meringue. She liked to be called Ellie. She will be greatly missed by her family.

Seriously - Katherine (Joel's mom) lost her husband and her mother 2 weeks apart. My heart aches for her. And also for Katherine's sister, Eileen, who lived with their mom. Eileen and Grandma were best friends. This is going to be very hard for Eileen. Lots of love from my heart is headed her way. I did now know Grandma Alldridge very well, but the few times we met it was always in her home and she always fed us well and she enjoyed seeing the kids!

Did u know Gpa's mom was called Nellie, their nicknames are so similar.
