We are officially starting to potty train. It started when she got a few packs of big girl underwear. Within the first hour, she went through 9 pairs – only two were soiled. She just wanted to try them all on.
There were a few accidents the first day.
But today, Day 2 – no accidents at all! We even were in town all morning! She is doing awesome and loves it when we clap and make a big deal of it for her. Then she likes getting candy. But boy, that girl poops A LOT. She gets excited about those and says in the highest voice, “It’s a little tiny poop”.
Jack has been super supportive – very encouraging to her, claps and tells her she did a great job, and though it is hard, he is understanding about not getting a candy. “You are the best potty trainer around!”
Sage is just that way – she is so independent and just already knows how to do everything. Of course she can go in the potty!
Great job Sage! I’m so proud of you!

She is gorgeous....and the best thing is that she loves to wear cowboy boots! Toilet trained in 2 days? Amazing! (Maybe she can give Grandpa Wright a few tips....)
glad toilet training went well! I think the build up to actually doing it is sometimes more stressful than the actual process :o)
