It snowed here last night. We got about 5 inches or so of it. That is a lot for around here. It happens to be Joel’s birthday too, so he and Jack made a snowman.
Can you believe that this was the first snowman for the kids AND Joel!!! He said he was raised in California, so what did I expect? It was surprising – Jack came in to get carrots and they made them eyes. Joel asked me to come out to take a look, he thought the alien googly eyes didn’t look quite right. They were searching for sticks for a mouth and thought it made sense to use them as arms instead. It was too cute.
Oh, and before you look at the picture, know that Sage and I were inside when we were beckoned out – we weren’t forcing her in the snow with no pants on. And the reason why she was crying? Not because of the cold, but because when she heard Joel ask me out and to bring the camera she ran and got one too. She was upset because she was planning on taking the pictures, which we did, once we finally understood what she was saying and why she was crying. Ah that girl…

It looks like Sage is crying in these pictures becos she is wearing shorts in the snow. hahaha! After reading your comment, I know that isn't the case. Awesome snowman guys! Way to go!
