Mr Joel has been busy putting in the sprinkler system. It is all done and working. I love that he is a handy man and that he is teaching Jack to be the same way. Joel is already talking to Sis about when she gets to join the work crew. She'll be happy to go with the boys to do outside work. Unfortunately Joel is finally getting to the place that Jack is actually helpful, so progress might slow again. There are few things that warm your heart more than seeing your kids and their daddy together. In case you didn't notice, here is a close up of the picture above. Jack loves to help his daddy.

Doesn't Daddy and son time melt your heart! Joel is a good dad...and Jack is really and truly a great helper!
Too cute. They sure grow up fast. I have some great pictures of Gunnar at about 2 or 2.5 years old with his grandpa out working in the yard. Gunnar shys from the camera and Paden is such a ham now that it's hard to get candid shots of them doing anything these days!
